2011 Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will take place on Wednesday March 16th. As well as all the normal matters that we deal with, such as the subs for the coming year, we are putting a project plan to the membership, outlining what we believe we can do over the coming years to replace and maintain our courts and surroundings. The club can only go ahead with this if the membership approves, so please come along and have your say. You should be able to get at the AGM agenda, last year's minutes, and the draft project plan using the links below.

Police Surveillance

We are working closely with Hessle Local Police,Peeler House to ensure members safety.
During the summer holidays the police will patrol the courts on a regular basis and anyone without a membership card and not a guest of a member, will be asked to leave the courts.
To assist the police can you make sure that courts are locked after use, non members are not given the combination lock numbers, and that you have your membership card with you at all times.

Policing of Tennis Courts

These are your courts and you have all paid your membership fee to use and enjoy these excellent facilities.

Summer holidays are upon us so we are likely to see more non members trying to use the courts.

Can I therefore ask you all to assist the Management Team with the policing of these courts?

Can you politely request players to produce their membership card if you are unsure that they are members?

Guests can use the courts on 3 separate occasions but must be accompanied by a member and pay green fees of £2 seniors/£1 juniors.
